REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICIES
Course registration requests or Study Aids orders may not be processed during the periods we are teaching or away from the office.
These dates will be prominantly posted on the website.
Courses are filled in the order registration fees are received. Class size is limited and students registering for a
sold out course may apply their fees to any other course available with no extra charges. Students enrolled in a course that has been cancelled
due to low enrollment may apply their registration fees to any other course. If no other course works out a refund of the course fees less the cost
of the books and course materials will be made. Courses may be subject to cancellation by REG REVIEW if the enrollment minimum is not met by the pre-registration
deadline. Student assumes all responsibility for expenses incurred for airfares, hotel rooms, etc. in the event of cancellation.
Requests for course refunds for withdrawing from a class must be made in writing, sent to REG REVIEW, Inc., 1091 Mercury
Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026 and postmarked by the applicable deadline or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by the deadline as described below. Refunds
will be issued within 30 days of the close of the course. All course refunds are for the course fee minus the cost of the books and course materials
already provided to the student.
Refunds requested at least 30 days prior to the course date are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 plus the cost of the books and course
materials already provided.
Refunds requested between 30 days prior to the course date and the preregistration deadline are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% plus
the cost of the books and course materials already provided.
NO REFUNDS issued for cancellations after the preregistration deadline or no-shows. Students who wish to cancel or cannot make it to the
course may apply course fees to a later course for the period of one year (2 course sessions) for a $15 course change fee plus the cost
of current course notes and book updates if books are revised between the originally scheduled course and the rescheduled course.
The student has the responsibility for contacting REG REVIEW to reschedule.
NO REFUNDS are given for Books and Course Materials after they have been mailed.
