HOW TO REGISTER FOR COURSES	Registration can be completed online, via the US Postal Service or by FAX. If you order via the US Postal Service or by FAX, print out the Registration Form below, select the desired course and fill out all pertinent information for contacting you and mailing the Study Manuals. REGISTER ONLINE: Secure Online Registration for CEG and CHG Exam Review Courses Secure Online Registration for ASBOG^® Exam Review Courses MAIL REGISTRATION FORM TO: REG REVIEW, Inc., 37 Rosewell Road, Bedford, NH 03110 with credit card information or check/money order made payable to "AEG". FAX REGISTRATION FORM TO: (603) 471-1969 with credit card information. Donot enter credit card information in an e-mail to REG REVIEW. Upon receipt of all fees, pre-registrants will immediately be sent Study Manuals, an Agenda containing the course schedule, information on parking, and directions to the course location. Confirmation of course registration will be noted on your receipt.
